You still love God.
You just don't trust Him the way you used to.

Dear woman who still shows up...

Most people would never know,

You still show up.

You still lead.

You still care for everyone else.

But somewhere along the way, something became heavier than you ever admitted.

You didn't wake up one day and decide to become distant.

You adapted.

You learned to protect yourself.

To lower your expectations.

To stop asking certain questions.

To keep functioning while quietly carrying more than anyone else could see.

Maybe you've been calling it wisdom when it was really self-protection.

Maybe you've been calling it maturity when it was really disappointment.

Maybe you've been calling it waiting when it was really fear of hoping again.

If that feels familiar, you're in the right place.

Be gentle with yourself this week.

Sometimes trust doesn't begin with certainty.

Sometimes...

it begins with telling the truth
about what became heavier than you admitted.

I'll meet you here again.

This conversation doesn't end with the letter...
