Privacy Policy
How we handle what you choose to share.
This Privacy Policy for IWoC Voice & Legacy Group LLC (doing business as In-Count-Her™) ("we," "us," or "our") describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use this website, the Voice Compass, and related forms, including when you:
- Visit in-count-her.com or another page that links to this policy.
- Use the Voice Compass or view your Compass results.
- Join the waitlist or request an invitation for the Founding 14-Day Rhythm.
- Send a pilot inquiry, reply to an email, or otherwise communicate with us.
If you have questions about this policy or your privacy choices, contact hello@in-count-her.com.
What do we collect? We collect information you choose to give us, such as Compass responses, waitlist details, pilot inquiries, your name, and your email address.
Does the site remember anything? Yes, but only lightly and on your device. It may remember Compass progress, results viewed, waitlist status, and where the experience should continue. It is not a login, profile, or dashboard.
Do we sell your information? No. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Are analytics optional? Yes. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are used only after optional analytics storage is accepted through the consent banner.
1. What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. We collect what you submit through the website, including Voice Compass responses, optional reflection text, waitlist details, pilot inquiries, your name, and your email address.
Device memory. We use local storage on your device so the site can remember enough to continue the conversation without requiring an account. This may include visit count, last visit, previous visit, last page, Compass started or completed, Compass posture, results viewed, waitlist opened or joined, continuation route, and a short reflection excerpt if one is stored.
Automatic information. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. If you accept optional analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may collect basic site activity, such as page views and high-level events.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the website, deliver the Voice Compass experience, send requested invitations or updates, respond to inquiries, and improve the clarity and reliability of the work.
We use device memory to make the Continue experience feel continuous without making the site invasive. We use optional analytics to understand aggregate site behavior.
3. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep submitted information for as long as it remains useful for the purposes described here, unless the law requires a different period.
You can request deletion. If you no longer want us to retain information you submitted, email hello@in-count-her.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will remove your records within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep certain information.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the site, manage forms, send email, maintain records, or understand analytics after consent. We may also disclose information if required by law or as part of a business transfer. In each case, sharing is limited to what is necessary.
5. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections and limited access to stored information. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, but we treat submitted information with care.
6. Your Rights and Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@in-count-her.com.
You can change optional analytics consent from the privacy banner when it appears. You may also clear this site's local storage in your browser to remove device memory stored on your own device.
7. Children's Privacy
This website is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
